Surtrix Privacy & Terms

You can delete your Surtrix account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please export anything you want to keep before you start.

To request deletion, email us from the address on your account at hello@surtrix.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and process it promptly. Self-service deletion from your account settings is coming soon.

Deleting your account removes your profile, the learning material you uploaded, the games generated from it, and the pipeline records tied to your account.

We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on our regular backup rotation shortly thereafter.
